Lavoretto is Italian for "little work": a small job, done with care.
One of my strongest beliefs is that serving people fresh, handmade food is one of the most intimate ways to show that you care for them. With Lavoretto, I'd like to take my cooking from my kitchen table to yours.
Lavoretto runs one small batch at a time. I post a menu with a limited number of servings. When they're spoken for, that's the batch. Everything is made by hand in my kitchen and delivered by me, to your door, for free.
